Making sushi in HCG

Kia ora today in Hospitality and catering our class lesson for the day was to create sushi,learn about different types of bacteria in food and food hygiene and safety. This document contains the method we used to create sushi, questions about food hygiene specifically cooked rice and an image of the sushi we created. We decided to make a all vegetarian sushi because we weren't a fan of the chicken, overall the sushi tasted yum and was filling.
