Making pikelets come on and lets learn to bake.

Making pikelets
Ingredients : 2 cups of flour,4 tbls of sugar,1 cup of  milk,1 tsp of baking soda,2 tsp of cream of tartar,2 eggs,butter.xEquipment:Wooden spoon,Bowl,Electric beater,Electric frying pan,Tsp,tbsp,dsp,Egg slicer,Flour sifter,Wire rack,Measuring cup, Whisk,Spatula.
Method Step one : pour one cup of milk in measuring cup then add one tsp of baking soda.
Step two : crack two eggs into another bowl then add 4 tbsp of sugar and beat for 2 minutes.
Step three : get 2 cups of flour into a sifter add cream of tartar and sift into the egg mixtureThen add milk mixture in the egg mixture and stir.
Step four : turn on frying pan.turn it up to high start with.put butter on a paper towel and rub it on the electric frying pan.
Step five : get a tbls and fill up the tpls up with the pikelet batter and put it in the electric frying pan and get your spatula.
Step six :flip the pikelet when it has some bubbles in it and when you flip it onto the other side touch it after a little while and if it bounces back it’s ready.then take the pikelet off the electric frying pan and then put the pikelets on it on the wire wrack until the batter is finish.There you go!

Me as a Learner
